Going to be a busy week! Looking forward to the Eclipse premiere on Wednesday, for sure, even though I have to work both jobs that night. I'm going to be SO tired. Thank god for Canada day!
Like many other people whose reactions I've peeked at I have a whole bunch of WTF?! for the end of this episode. I mean, how the fuck do you kill one of the vamps, then, if you can break their necks and they don't die?
Also, when did Beel pull down his pants? As I was watching I didn't pay close enough attention but during the re-watch while I capped I didn't see anything aside from him ripping her dress off. Does he have a super!vampire!penis?
ANYWAY. I really like the way the relationships between the characters are playing out so far this season. Well, for the most part. I'm really not happy with the way Tara's storyline with the new vamp is going because she's already been so mindfucked my Maryanne and now this new vamp is doing it, too. I feel bad for her and I don't know what this is going to do to her character since she's so fucked up. I mean, is she just going to be the character that's so weak everyone can dump on her and make her do whatever they want?
I'm glad Arlene told Terry about the baby. I think that when he finds out it's not his (and he will) he won't care. Depending on how he finds out he might be pissed that Arlene didn't tell him but it might turn out that he figures it all out on his own and just thinks, "fuck it! I'm going to raise this baby as mine!" and just never mentions it. It threw me for a loop, though, to realize that the past two seasons have taken place over the course of like- a month, though. Things move quickly in Bon Temps!
Sam's family is freaky-deaky. I half think there's something going on between the father and the son, which is creepy. I hope it turns out in the end that the son/brother is really okay and only a prick because of his parents who go far, far away. You just know the mom is going to turn out to be 10,000x worse than the father or son.
And now we have to wait two weeks to find out what happens next!
