Project Indigo, there's something to bring up. And Jack met someone in a bar, eh? Trouble with Jack and Ianto? Ianto was pretty quick to pick up on that.
I know some people are really sick of the daleks and think they're weak-ass villians but I remember when I was watching the first season of the new series and I was TERRIFIED to see them again. It's been years since I watched the original series when I was younger but I REMEMBERED what they were and how... VILE they were. The daleks are fucking terrifying, I don't care what anyone says. I like seeing the daleks re-appear. If the Doctor has survived all this time, the last of his species, why is it so far-fetched and annoying to see the daleks survive?
Donna. Donna Donna Donna! *TWIRLS HER* Rose may have a big fucking gun but Donna's got HERSELF and that's just as important. She stood up to some hoity-toity from the Shadow Proclamation without even knowing what was going on. Love it.
Mr. Copper Foundation? SO MANY THINGS in this episode! Question: which one was Dalek Kahn? The one who went back to the time war and went crazy. Where have we seem him before?
I can't believe all the people in this episode! All the companions, the families, Martha's mom, HARRIET JONES. Jesus. Can't wait.
As far as Sarah Jane, Ianto and Gwen go, I'm not too worried about them. I mean, Sarah Jane especially since she's got a whole freaking SPIN OFF that just wouldn't be the same without her. Then it would just be "Adventures" and that's no fun. Ianto and Gwen will get out of their predicament somehow. I CAN see them being killed off without any chance of being brought back with time reversal or something but I HIGHLY doubt it. Next season would SUCK for Torchwood, more than it's going to right now as it stands (only five episodes? NOOOO!). Jack would just be sitting around the hub, auditioning new people or something. LAME. So yeah, not too worried about the three of them.
I'm a little worried for Rose and/or Donna, though. Didn't the crazy Dalek say that death was coming for the Doctor's most loyal companion or something?
I get why there wasn't a promo for next week's episode and all but STILL. I WANT TO KNOW! But I don't. BUT I DO. But I don't.
It's going to be a freaking long time for next year to come, especially since both TW and DW have funky seasons. Sad.
I don't even want to start on the idea of the Doctor regenerating. I can't even.
Oh, and a question about Sarah Jane. Spoilery sort of thing for her show, fyi, stop reading if you don't want to know. In the last episode of her last season (will there be another, btw? Does anyone know?) Mr Smith, her computer thing, was found out to be an evil being trying to plot with the Slitheen against the humans but were really just playing the two off each other. I thought that was the end of the episode or something, or that Mr Smith was destroyed so... what's up wth him being in this episode? I watched it at some point this week and it might have been before I went to sleep so I might not have seen the VERY end of it but I thought that was it with him.
Next week cannot come quickly enough!
