They have to be decapitated. Just a broken neck won't kill them.
Also, when did Beel pull down his pants? As I was watching I didn't pay close enough attention but during the re-watch while I capped I didn't see anything aside from him ripping her dress off.
I'm thinking since they can move so fast they could unzip their pants so fast you wouldn't notice.
