Only a little over two weeks before the SPN VanCon. Exciting stuff. I doubt it'll happen but if I could catch a glimpse of New Moon filming that would be awesome. I'd like to see RPattz's hair in technicolour. I can now look forward to the planning and excitement of the event because I also have a plan for my car. I wasn't sure what the hell I was going to do with it when I was in Vancouver but my friend is taking it for those days which works out well for both of us AND I don't have to pay for parking! Sweet!

I found out I'm spending Christmas alone this year, which sucks on the one hand but on the other I'm... okay with it? I mean, I hate Christmas but it's still one of those times you're supposed to be around people, right? So I don't know what I'm doing yet. I can't go HOME home because it's a) a shitty time to travel, b) too expensive, c) way too unpredictable with the weather and d) I don't want to RUSH (I'd have to fly home Christmas Day or Boxing Day). I AM going home in March/April for 10 days or so and that will be MUCH better. A bit warmer and easier. AND if I went home for Christmas I'd miss Boxing day out here! Back home everything's closed on the 26th so there are no good sales. HERE you line up at 4:30am to get a dvd player for $10 or whatever. SA-WEET!

There are a lot of parts of the last two seasons of Buffy that I'm understanding better and tolerating more than I did the first time around but FUCK I STILL HATE KENNEDY. She's UNBEARABLE! I'm sure the actress is a delightful person but the way she played Kennedy makes me want to claw my eyes out!



This episode was quite transitional but it was fun.

Please, please, please let Bill's maker be gone, gone, gone. She is THE LAME.

Godric, however, can stay. Fuck me Jesus, can he stay. Still looks like Emmett Cullen, still looks hot.

I'd be rather intrigued by Sookie/Eric but not so much because I necessarily want Sookie with Eric but I have a weakness for naughty bad fun and for angsty, hot love triangles. Especially when one member of the triangle is so much hotter than the others. Sorry, Bill but uh... no.

Get the fuck out with yourself, Jason Stackhouse! You actually fucking DID something and it was AWESOME. Ryan Kwanten is hot. I just wish he got to play Jason a little bit brainier.

A straight-up Bill/Sookie/Eric triangle is the one thing that would turn me off the show because Eric is such a relentless douchebag around B&S. I hope Alan Ball mixes things up with regard to that. What would really be awesome is more Eric interaction with Lafayette and definitely more Godric, Prince of Peace, LOL.

2) Finally something HAPPENED in an episode!!!! Granted, all of this should have happened 4 episodes ago, but you take what you can get.

3) Happy to see Jason do something meaningful and help his sister. Sookie's still pretty standoffish with him but I hope they develop that further.

4) Poor Jessica/Hoyt. The whole hymen thing is freaky and just completely depressing. Tell me they'll figure a way around it! I actually prefer them when they're NOT having sex. Go figure.

5) I'm expecting Godric to be more evil than anyone and think that they're setting us up big time, but that could just be the years of Joss Whedon following...

6) WHAT WAS WITH LORENA'S HAIR!?!?! Did the plasma screen to the head send her back to the twenties?

7) I'm torn between liking the Sookie/Lorena face off and being annoyed by it. On one hand, it was fun to see Sookie get territorial about her man, but come on! The only reason why she got in Lorena's face like that was because she KNEW Bill and Eric would protect her. Not exactly fearless... It's so different from say - Buffy getting in someone's face. Buffy would kick their damn ass herself, she can follow through. Sookie just cusses a bit and then hides behind her vampire men. *headshake* Pains me.

8) So annoyed with the female characterization in this show. I liked Isabel because I thought she'd be this elegant, badass vamp, but then she goes and cries over Hugo to Godric. Lorena (again, SUPPOSED to be badass) was just pathetic by the end, whining and sobbing over Bill. At least Tara took her punches well...

9) Bill/Jason was kinda cute. I like Jason so much more this season. Maybe it's just that we don't have to see him screwing a different woman every episode.

Sorry this is so long and I know no one cares, but I just had to get it out! I'm gonna have to convince my friends to start watching it. haha.

I think most people's Kennedy hate stems from the fact that she was the anti-Tara. Tara was all nice, and smart, and soft-spoken and AWESOME, and then she was killed and we got whiny, catty trust fund brat Kennedy as a consolation prize. And it sucked.
