fun_like_thatOh, so many shows on right now. I tuned in for One Tree Hill (why, oh why?) and Gossip Girl (once again it has sucked me in). I'll be posting caps for Gossip Girl soon (but it's not going to be a weekly thing. I just really wanted caps from the episode) and I have the Melrose Place caps ready to go but I might wait and post them tomorrow or the next day with the caps from tomorrow's ep.
So now we've reached the end of our season 2 journey with True Blood. I have to say, I'm kind of glad it's over. I always get that way at the end of the season because I need some time to reflect on everything that's happened, formulate some theories, put pieces together and get excited for it again. So, see you in a year, I guess?
I don't have that much to say about the show. I can't help but think that Maryann was killed way too easily. And there was a little too much focus on that statue of hers that Sam tried to take when he was younger and Sookie saw in the house. I don't know. If she is gone it was a little too easy.
I... don't care that Bill's been kidnapped. I have no doubt that Queen Sophie and/or Eric is involved (please do not comment on the the im/probability of this based on the books, I don't want to know) but I don't think I can bring myself to care at this point. I have this thing where I like the idea of Eric/Sookie together but I think I like it more when it's illicit and Sookie's protesting while Eric's pursuing. Once she gives in it's no fun anymore. And then when she finds out if/that Eric's the reason that Bill went missing she's going to go all... Sookie.
I feel bad for Jessica and Hoyt although the fact that he's 28 is starting to bug me a bit. Either grow some balls (and his outburst to his Mama doesn't count to me, he needs to move out and get out from under her thumb) or drop their storyline. Which, who knows, it looks like they might be getting away from, seeing as how I can't imagine Hoyt would approve of Jessica hanging out at truckstops to lure unsuspecting truckers to an all you can drink buffet.
I'm kind of looking forward to Sam finding out about his birth parents and where he came from, honestly. I just don't want any more Maneads or whatever or people trying to scarifice him or him being in love with Sookie or anything. Just him.
And more Lafayette.

The friendship that's sprung up between Jason and Andy is kind of adorable,

I think they'd both need a fuckton of therapy to be in any kind of relationship if Eggs had lived, anyway. But I'll miss his abs. *mourns*
