I don't think this one will go down as one of my top episodes of the season, but, of course, that depends on how the rest of the episodes play out. It WAS nice to see a new focus on Tosh, one that wasn't reliant on making her desperate for attention. Although I'm sad to see her always getting dumped on in the romance department.
That being said, I'm still not buying this whole move toward a Tosh/Owen thing. I just don't understand where his sudden interest in her came from. I know the writers are trying for gradual by making him subtly suspicious and whatnot, overly interested in Tosh and making him seem more sensitive, but it's not working that well with me. I'm not TOALLY opposed to the idea, I just don't think it's going to work out. Unless it means major pain and angst later on in the season, then that might be kind of fun (I know, I know. It's weird). I think I need to see an Owen episode to find out where his head's at. The events of last season's finale obviously affected him and that could be triggering this stuff. We'll see.
Owen to the rescue once again in this ep though, eh? Again with the blood, too.
It was nice to see Gwen toned down in the ep. She wasn't nearly as involved or as "OMG I R HUMAN AND I R SUPERWOMAN!" this episode. Seems like all bets are off next week, though.
How awesome was the moment between Jack and Ianto? I can see major heartbreak happening there, which fills me with glee but sucks all at once. can we get at least one hardcore makeout scene before things go tits up? A kiss here and there is nice and leaves us wanting more but come on!
