Caps: Doctor Who 5.04 "The Time of Angels", 1280x720, picspam & review

Last night I was picking my phone up from the floor where it was charging and I totally smoked the bit between my eye and eyebrow on the corner of my desk. Oy.

It started off as a super nice day but now it's all windy and rainy and cold. Welcome to Spring in Alberta. Or, really, any time of the year in Alberta. It's nice though. If this is the worst we get for Spring I can handle it.



I really liked this episode! The Weeping Angels is always a scary, awesome thing. Although I don't know if I like River Song overall. It seems as though we're going to find out more about her this season (I don't expect it all to come out in the next episode) which might make me like her a bit more. I guess I just don't like all the secrecy and how she's all, "Oh, I know something you don't and I'm just going to be mysterious and infuriating yay!"

Oh, but I did love her shoes at the start of the ep.

Hmmm, what else. The Angels were terrifying as always. The idea that something could manifest itself just through an image is creepy enough. Kind of like the Tulpa ep of Supernatural where just believing in something can make it real.

Amy's quite sharp and I like her. She's whip-smart like Donna was so I love her for it. I wonder if, after the conclusion of next week's ep, she'll want to go home and have some normalcy so we'll see them deal with what will likely turn out to be her ruined wedding. Can't wait!
